Have evidence, a correction or a comment? Send it to the watchdog team. Nothing is sent to the municipality. Your submission is first stored for private review.

How we handle submissions

The independent Naša Lubina community watchdog receives submissions to verify information, make corrections, prepare articles and events, and moderate comments. Only authorised administrators and contributors have access.

A nickname is optional. We store the information and attachments you submit, the submission time and processing records. After approval, a comment may be published with its nickname and date; attachments and internal notes are not published automatically.

The server is hosted by DigitalOcean in Frankfurt, Germany. Application rate limits use a derived security key instead of storing a raw IP address; system and error logs may contain IP addresses. The public website does not use analytics or advertising tracking.

Submissions and their history are not deleted automatically. The administrator reviews continued retention in relation to verification and corrections. Data is also held in private backups; removing data from the live database does not immediately remove earlier backup copies.

To request a correction, removal of data or withdrawal of consent, contact the project. Include the submission ID if known. We will review the request according to the nature of the data; do not include passwords or unnecessary personal information.
